SFS is looking for Project Analyst to provide services to provide the NGB Staff Support Services supporting the National Guard. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Supports NGB ExecSec tasker operations by entering, tracking, routing, and closing staff actions across approved systems; determining OPR/OCR coordination needs; monitoring suspenses; preparing packages; maintaining trackers; coordinating with Action Officers; supporting meeting materials; and ensuring timely, complete executive-level responses.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years DoD HQ, ExecSec, staff action, or tasker support experience.
- Skilled in OPR/OCR coordination, suspense tracking, staff packages, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint. ETS, ETMS2, CATMS, or JSAP familiarity preferred.
- Active Secret required;
- Top Secret eligibility preferred.
