Position Summary
The Director of Operations is the CEO’s key operational partner, responsible for overseeing development, construction, property management, and organizational initiatives across the company’s real estate portfolio. This role ensures projects are executed efficiently, teams remain aligned, and company objectives are achieved through strong leadership, operational excellence, and accountability.

Position Summary
The Director of Operations is the CEO’s key operational partner, responsible for overseeing development, construction, property management, and organizational initiatives across the company’s real estate portfolio. This role ensures projects are executed efficiently, teams remain aligned, and company objectives are achieved through strong leadership, operational excellence, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and construction projects from pre-development through completion.
- Oversee project schedules, milestones, budgets, and stakeholder coordination.
- Manage construction teams, contractors, consultants, and project reporting.
- Direct permitting, entitlements, inspections, and municipal relationships.
- Oversee property and asset management operations, including tenant services, maintenance, and vendor performance.
- Develop and implement operational systems, SOPs, and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, and technology solutions to improve efficiency.
- Prepare executive reports and provide strategic operational support to the CEO.
- Ensure alignment across development, construction, property management, and ownership teams.

- Technology implementation and workflow automation
- 7+ years of experience in real estate development, construction, operations, asset management, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of luxury residential development and property operations.
- Experience managing permitting and entitlement processes.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience implementing operational systems, technology, and process improvements.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and modern business systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial, highly organized, and execution-focused.
